Because we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United Kingdom, delivery times will be somewhat longer.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5–9 business days, shipping times could be slightly longer due to customs processing.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders
We cover the shipping costs for all orders. All products from Evora Lane are delivered to your home for free. No additional shipping fees apply at checkout. No additional duties/VAT charges apply.

 

Delivery courier
Final delivery in the United Kingdom is handled by local courier partners such as Royal Mail or DHL.

 

Delivery
Many deliveries may be left in a safe place depending on courier policies. Be sure to check online using your tracking link for a proof of delivery if you're unable to locate this as they will take an image of where this was left. We remain responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to you.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
