Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you want to return your purchase, please contact us at Info@evora-lane.co.uk within 30 days of the delivery of your order. We will be happy to assist you in returning your order to us for a refund. Under UK law you have 14 days to cancel for any reason, starting the day after delivery.

Return Shipping costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Returns are processed via our European returns facility in the Netherlands. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request.

Faulty items:

  • If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a full refund, a replacement or a return at our expense within 7 days to the original payment method.

Refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

Cancellation of order:

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us. Once shipped, customers may cancel by returning items in accordance with our return policy.
