Delivery times

Because we ship from our overseas warehouses to the United Kingdom, delivery times will be somewhat longer.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5–9 business days, shipping times could be slightly longer due to customs processing.

We cover the shipping costs for all orders. All products from Evora Lane are delivered to your home for free.

Where's my Order?

Keep a lookout for your tracking number that will be sent to the email entered at checkout once your order has been shipped out. You can track your package via our website. Click HERE to track your order.

Can I cancel an Order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us before your order has shipped. After the order ships, cancellation is no longer possible.

Delays & Lost in transit

We are not responsible for customs delays, but we work with our couriers to ensure all packages reach customers. If a package is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately and we will assist in resolving the issue.

How to return an item

If you want to return your purchase, please contact us at Info@evora-lane.co.uk within 30 days of the delivery of your order. We will be happy to assist you in returning your order to us for a refund.

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Our Dutch return address will be provided after your return request is approved. All returns should be shipped via a traceable courier.

When will I receive my refund?

Any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer's account within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • The goods must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • The original packaging and tags must be present.
  • The item is in a resellable condition.
  • All items on our online website are eligible for return.

I have received a faulty or an incorrect item, would there be a charge to return?

If you have received a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a full refund, a replacement or a return at our expense within 7 days.
